Renting a student house in Lincoln from City Lets Lincoln
We are a local, family run business offering student houses for rent close to the University of Lincoln and the College.
If you decide to rent one of our student houses you can be sure that you will receive the best possible service. You can contact us on 01522 430687, email us or use the contact form on the contact us page.
We have a tenants’ area on our website which allows tenants to login and access updates on their property and its maintenance. These updates can even be sent straight to your inbox.
As a local company, we are able to offer a fast response to any queries. If you send us a request we aim to reply to you within 12 hours. If the query is deemed more urgent, because we are local we are able to respond more quickly if necessary.
The student houses we provided are refurbished annually and any new properties we introduce are generally refurbished throughout before we offer them. However if any repairs are required during term times we aim to keep any inconvenience to you to an absolute minimum.
If you notice any issues with the property we would prefer you to let us know promptly as issues left unresolved can often lead to a bigger repair job later.
Thank you for your co-operation with regard to maintaining our properties.
We hope you have a great time studying and having fun in Lincoln.
